Aimee Riddell began her technology career as a data, business intelligence and application developer. Early in her career, she has led a data team in Toronto-based online music store, moved back to NZ and became an application technical lead in Datacom. She transitioned into leadership roles where she led digital transformation projects such as embedding modernised Information management capability in Ministry of Justice and modernisation of Transpower's Data & Analytics platform. Most recently, she has helped the establishment of the new Ministry for Regulation as acting Head of Digital. Today, she is the Digital Lead for Ministry for Women continuing to bring her skills and experience to keep innovating in NZ GovTech.
