With over a decade in senior data and analytics leadership roles across Te Whatu Ora, Woolworths Group, and NZ Post, Kari has been recognised globally for advancing analytics maturity, digital transformation, and AI adoption. Passionate about purposeful leadership, she is a board member for Stats NZ, NZQA, and TUANZ, and a strong advocate for diversity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
