Yolanda Wilke is the Domain Lead within the Chief Information Security Office at Inland Revenue, where she oversees cybersecurity operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across one of New Zealand’s largest government agencies. With over 20 years of international experience in security leadership, Yolanda has managed large-scale security operations across Africa and the Pacific, including as Regional Security Manager for IBM Southern Africa. She combines legal and technical expertise to drive secure, business-aligned outcomes and strengthen organisational resilience. A passionate advocate for collaboration, Yolanda also coordinates the Government Information Security Forum, uniting nearly 200 members across the New Zealand public sector.
