With over 20 years of experience across telecommunications, government, and finance, Julie is known for delivering secure, scalable, and human-centred digital solutions. Her leadership spans enterprise transformation, cyber resilience, and cloud modernisation, underpinned by degrees in IT and Commercial Law. Previously with ANZ, she led payment and technology operations programmes. Julie is passionate about simplifying complexity, empowering teams, and aligning digital investment with public impact through courage, empathy, and collaboration.
