Andy has worked with the DIA, Callaghan Innovation and MBIE to develop policy frameworks, legislation and programmes to transform NZ’s low productivity economy including the Digital Identity Trust Framework, Consumer Data Right, Digital Strategy and the Future for Business in Aotearoa NZ. 
 
Andy’s formative years were spent in leadership roles with Deloitte Consulting, Parex Industries, a former subsidiary of Structurflex Group, Auckland’s Economic Development Agency and MTV Networks Europe. As co-founder of Accelerate Sport (which became sport management company CSM recently acquired by Wasserman Sport) he developed partnerships with leading brands and right’s holders.
