With extensive experience in senior People & Capability roles, including Head of People & Capability and Chief People, Safety & Wellbeing Officer at New Zealand Rugby, Kirsty has a proven track record in building high-performance cultures, championing diversity and inclusion, and driving leadership development. She specialises in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and modern HR technologies. Passionate about wellbeing and community, Kirsty also volunteers annually as an Area Coordinator for the Pink Ribbon Street Appeal.
